You are not allowed to copy or modify the web application, any part of the web application, or the trademarks in any way. You are not permitted to attempt to extract the source code of the web application and try to translate the web application into other languages or create derivative versions. The web application itself and all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it still belong to me, the developer Gianluca Ghettini.
I commit to ensuring that the web application is as useful and efficient as possible. For this reason, I reserve the right to make changes to the web application or to charge for some of its services, at any time and for any reason. I will never charge you for the web application or its services without making it clear to you exactly what you are paying for.
The web application stores and processes the personal data you have provided to me in order to provide the service for which the web application is intended.
If you are using the web application outside of an area with WiFi, you must remember that the terms of the contract with your mobile network operator will still be valid. If you are not the one paying for the device connectivity on which the app is being used, please note that I assume you have received authorization from the responsible party to use the app.
Regarding my responsibility for the use of the web application, it is important to remember that, although I strive to ensure that it is up-to-date and correct at all times, I accept no responsibility for any losses, direct or indirect, resulting from relying entirely on the functionalities of the web application.
I also accept no responsibility for damages, costs, and/or losses caused by a malfunction of the web application. Examples of malfunctions include: data loss, unavailability of the service, incorrect or altered data.
At some point, I may want to update the web application. I do not promise to always update the web application so that it is relevant to you or that it will always work on your browser. I may also want to discontinue the provision of the service at any time without notice. You also have the right to discontinue use at any time. Unless otherwise specified, upon termination, (a) rights and licenses granted to you will no longer be valid; (b) you must discontinue use of the web application.

I do not explicitly request any personal data from the user. The only data collected by the web application are those voluntarily entered by you during normal usage, data that may be personal or not. The data are stored on the central server to which no one has access except me. The server is not owned by me, but I have access to it. In any case, the data are exclusively stored and are not subject to any kind of analysis nor are they resold/transmitted to third parties.
If you upload images to the web application, you should avoid uploading images that include embedded location data (EXIF GPS). No one can see your images except you, but it is good to know that this data can be conveyed through the images.
The data are kept indefinitely to ensure the service for you.
You can request the total deletion of your data from the central server. This does not include data that I am required to retain for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
I make every possible effort to keep your personal data safe. I use anonymized data where possible. I constantly monitor my systems to prevent possible vulnerabilities and/or cyber-attacks. However, Internet-based data transmissions may, in principle, have security gaps, so absolute protection may not be guaranteed. In any case, I will notify any data breaches to the competent authorities in the manners and times provided by current legislation. You will be informed directly in case of breaches related to your rights or interests. I will do everything reasonably possible to prevent security breaches.
The web application exclusively uses technical cookies for your convenience so that you do not have to re-enter the access key when you access the service again. These cookies last for 1 year.
